The TIG XP 5 Lubrication Data Processing software ensures optimal performance of the equipments, thanks to good planning and regular condition monitoring of the lubricant and maintenance operations.

TIG XP 5 is designed to be operated directly by the technicians responsible for lubrication and maintenance operations.

Such use can be divided up into 3 distinct areas.

Functionnalities

Entrust lubrication professionals with development of TIG® XP 5 on the basis of the know-how acquired by TOTAL LUBRICANTS. TIG® XP 5 examines, enhances and enriches the functions of TIG® W 4, Satie® 2000 and Finassist® in particular as regards maintenance management and planning.

Dividing up by levels of factory tree diagrams :
1. 4 levels for the plant
2. 4 levels for the machine (machine, part, point, operation).

Complete management of lubrication path up to and including the part.

Integration and exploitation of results of analyses.

Simulation of operations to be carried out over a given period, on a section of a plant, a machine, ...

Management of unprogrammed operations (intervention) or to be performed / machines at a standstill (for ex. : cement works kiln, paper-making machine, ...).
